Citing Legal Materials in APA

The APA recommends following the Bluebook uniform system of citation for legal materials. Court Decisions:

Name v. Name, Volume Source Page (Court Date). URL if available

Name of Act, Volume Source § section number (year). URL if available

Federal Hearings:

Title, # Cong. (year). URL
