International newspapers are first and arranged by country. National newspapers follow, then miscellaneous newspaper film. There is a looseleaf guide to the miscellaneous papers at the Periodicals desk. West Virginia newspaper microfilm is housed in the West Virginia Center. None of the microforms circulate.
The international papers come first. Arranged by place of publication, England comes first:
This title is the Asahi Shinbun: translated to English “Daily Newspaper”.
National papers are alphabetized by state. California is first. After the national papers are the miscelaneous out of state papers.
