Online Reservation System: Study Rooms

The Law Library offers an online reservation system for study rooms exclusively to WVU Law students. The online study room reservation system is available here: https://wvu.libcal.com/spaces?lid=4244&gid=7111.

  • Study Rooms. The Law Library has five study rooms: three on the first floor and two on the second floor. Law students must reserve study rooms prior to use due to high demand. Law students may reserve study rooms for 15-minute increments up to 4 hours per day. Law students may reserve study rooms day-of or up to 14 days in advance. Reservations are held for fifteen minutes, after which study rooms become freely available. Study rooms are intended for group study.
  • Carlin Room. Law students must reserve the Carlin Room prior to use due to high demand. Law students may reserve the room for 15-minute increments up to four hours per day. Law students may reserve the room day-of or up to 14 days in advance. Reservations are held for fifteen minutes, after which the room become freely available. The Carlin Room is intended for larger study groups of 7-15 students.
