Open Education Resources: WVU College of Law

A guide for law faculty authorship and course adoption of Open Education Resources ("OER") at the WVU College of Law.

Law faculty can author or adopt OER resources including casebooks and other legal education materials through such leading platforms as CALI eLangdell Press, Harvard H20, and WVU Open Access Textbooks.

CALI eLangdell Press

CALI eLangdell Press allows law faculty to author, edit, and adopt casebooks through a Creative Commons license. 

Harvard H20 Platform

Harvard Law Library's H20 platform allows law faculty to author, edit, and adopt legal textbooks through a Creative Commons license.

WVU Open Access Textbook Initiative

WVU's Open Access Textbook initiative allows instructors to create cost-effective textbooks. The program is supported by WVU Libraries and the Digital Publishing Institute.
