- Name(s)
- Patent Number (make sure it exactly follows document, including all commas, spaces and dashes)
- Date
If available also include:
- Patent Stage (e.g. patent, patent application)
- Title
Basic format:
Patent Owner(s). Title. Patent Number, Date.
Example:
