Document Delivery
The law library is pleased to provide a document delivery service to West Virginia attorneys.
There will be no charge for digital document delivery to attorneys up to 250 scanned pages per quarter. Attorney patrons whose cumulative requests exceed 250 scanned pages will be charged $ .10 per page for subsequent requests for the remainder of the quarter. Material available and delivered electronically is exempt from the 250 page limit. Any request for materials to be printed and mailed are additionally subject to billing for postage costs.
