WVU has an "expert database". You can search for someone on campus who is considered an expert in a variety of disciplines.

You may wish to include information from an interview you conduct with them. You can find an expert and their contact information on the WVU Today website.

There is current, vital, and cutting edge research being done every day here at WVU. Research is ongoing and can be informative and interesting even if the results are not final or published. 

"The West Virginia University Experts Database offers the expertise of faculty and staff from one of the nation's leading centers of teaching, research, service and technology.

There are four ways to search the database: by expert name, by school or division, by keyword, or by boolean. For your convenience, search results include the person's title, phone number, e-mail address and specialty areas."

Here is how to cite a personal interview in MLA format:

Personal Interviews refer to those interviews that you conduct yourself. List the interview by the name of the interviewee. Include the descriptor "Personal interview" and the date of the interview.
