Horticulture: Find Latin Names & Nursery Info

The Academic Press Dictionary of Science and Technology, available through WVU Libraries Credo Reference collection, has information on Latin names of plants--just use the common name (for example, blueberry) and do a quick keyword search. Entries also include a "cite this" feature. Off-campus users will need to log on with their MIX user id and 6-digit password (day of birth + last four digits of your 700 number).

You can do a simple keyword search in Access Science: Encylopedia of Science & Technology by common name, or if you know it, by Latin name.
