Why do keywords matter?

A keyword search looks for words anywhere in the database or search engine.  The keywords you select determine the results you get:  GARBAGE IN = GARBAGE OUT

Too many keywords may result in too few results.  Too few keywords or keywords that are too general may result in too many (and irrelevant) results.
