Spanish 330: Digital Stories about Latin American Culture

This guide provides links to resources and support to create a professional video on a topic about Latin American Culture

Video Creation Overview

  • Follow the steps on the left to create your video.

  • Complete these steps in the numbered order.

  1. Complete your research on your approved topic

  2. Write your script  (maximum 400 words in Spanish and 500 in English)

  3. Gather your media (30 images)

    1. Media must be licensed for use via Creative Commons, Public Domain, documented permission, or your personal creation (photos, videos, or music you created)
  4. Create your story table using the template (do not put more than 7 words in a cell)

  5. Create a free WeVideo account 

Monday October 21

  • Meet in room 136 of the Downtown Campus library at 8:30

  • Be there early so we can all start on time

  • Directions to room 136: 

    • enter the building and the lobby

    • turn right and go down one level

    • when you get to the Lower Level, go left across the room

    • 136 is the second door from the corner
