DESCRIPTION: As a Regional Federal Depository Library, the WVU Library receives all Government Documents distributed through the Federal Depository Library program. There are twelve Selective Depository libraries in West Virginia. Those libraries select only the materials relating to the needs of their communities. The federal depository documents are housed in libraries throughout different campuses according to subject. All documents are classified with Superintendent of Documents number (SuDocs number). Some pre-1976 titles are cataloged under Library of Congress Classification number.

You can find the locations of all of the Federal Government Documents housed by the University Libraries in the Find @ the Library section and in the Congressional Publications of this guide.
