Access Services: Orientation for Faculty: Multimedia Services

Nuts and bolts information on book borrowing, loan periods, fines, Interlibrary Loan, and E-ZBorrow. Also covers many other services handled at the Downtown Campus Library.

Multimedia Services Department

The Multimedia Services department offers multimedia and classroom equipment for faculty to check out, including digital video cameras, digital still cameras, digital voice recorders, data projectors, screens, USB drives, etc.

The  department  also has:

  • 2 small viewing rooms
  • 1 classroom viewing room (Room 104) for viewing films and other media.

Room 104 may be reserved by faculty or teaching assistants who need to show a film for a class.  Room 104 holds 50 people.

The small viewing rooms may be reserved by students or faculty for viewing a film or working on a class project.   The small rooms hold from 6-8 people and are checked out from the Access Services desk.
